Hello to all, I have just join the team. The big reason is that like most my doc had advise watch how much calorie in take and exercising. i have started my new life style a couple wks now. the chapter is the walking. i have started to walk about 30 mins at work for lunch. i saw y'all grp and think is fun and heplful. thanks
