Welcome. Best advice I can give you is to use the resources available here to you on sparkpeople as much as you can. Track your food, post to give and get support and stay active and pick an activity you enjoy--don't think of it as exercise, but as playtime. Walking is a great one if you enjoy it-most of us here do enjoy walking best but we also do other things as well. Don't be too hard on yourself and if you slip up, don't worry aboutg it, just get back up and keep at it!
