I've never tried the dance dvd's, but I am a major klutz so I probably wouldn't be able to do them without tripping myself....believe me, I've done that. On the other hand, I love my WATP programs and I've bought quite a few of them, for variety. I like the 5 mile one, but I hate the leg portion of it. Truth, I hate squats and lunges.

Hi All, I use Leslie Sansome DVD"S. She has a new one out that is a "5 day slim down." Each day she works on a different body part and I just bought her "Walk Slim Fast and fun" DVD. It comes with a Firm band. I also find that the variety is very inportant to keep motivated. Have you tried Dance DVD's. I have a few although some of them are to fast for me.

Hi Steff--Welcome. I use Leslie's programs for the most part and I find for me, they have enough variety especially with the new ones--(5 miles). For variety I do some of the work outs on FIT TV but not everyone gets that channel. I also like to bike and take "it outdoors" (jog, run, walk).

Hi! I'm Stef and I love to walk. Usually, I walk to Leslie Sansone DVDs. Lately, I've been looking for new DVDs to walk with just to change things up. Dose anyone have any suggestions?
