I've never tried the dance dvd's, but I am a major klutz so I probably wouldn't be able to do them without tripping myself....believe me, I've done that. On the other hand, I love my WATP programs and I've bought quite a few of them, for variety. I like the 5 mile one, but I hate the leg portion of it. Truth, I hate squats and lunges.
