Hi there, I'm Gina from N.Cal. So glad you joined our group. Give a holler anytime you need a pep talk, friend and just want to bounce something off someone. I know you will reach your goals. You have gotten this far.
This is a great team: I was recently new to the walking thing, or at least keeping track of my steps. Even on days I don't think I can do so much, I find I am pushing just because I want to get that magic number of over 10K. Like today I am at 19863. It seem so overwhelming at first until you track it then you realize what you are capable of.

I've been walking every day since April 3rd and I'm trying to build up to 10,000 steps a day. My progress so far:
12th:4576 (didn't get as much as planned)
14th:2837 (severe thunder storm)
19th:2287 (rested today)
