Hi everyone. My name is Annie and I love to walk. I usually take my pooch out for a walk just about everyday. (when it rains like today) I can't though. But I walk usually about 40 min with my puppy, Snickers. We both love it!!! I to have walked the pounds away with Leslie Sansone. I hate running so this is perfect for me. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and see if anyone knew of a good Pedometer?
hi, I'm Stella, my goal is to loose weight, walk atleast 20 minutes aday, to build up walking a mile, and them 2,3,4,5 you get the point. I also have to get my bloodsugar under control, so walking will help improve that. Just need lots of support.
Hi my name is Laurie and I am new to the group. I started my program on sunday and so far so good. I have 43 pounds to lose and hope I can follow thru this time. I love to walk but I have 2 discs that are shot so I have to watch how much I do physically cause the pain can be unbearable. So my goal for the first 4 weeks is a 2 mile walk 3 times a week til some of the weight comes off. Thanks for being here.
