Speed comes with time, RYOKINEKO. You'll definitely get faster. I think you did great!!

Thanks y'all. I ran on treadmill today and realized just how slow I go outside! I don't care
but it was an eye opener. I started my first three mins at 4.0 and quickly realizes
That wasn't going to work long! Last five was at 3.2! I can't wait until I can go faster but still very proud of myself! And it burns lime 180 iCal in just 30 mins

I know what you mean. Where I live there are hills no matter where I go. I can't go more than a few minutes without one. But we do get better at them so hang in there!

the great thing about running is, if it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. Keep pushing yourself and it WILL get easier because you WILL get stronger!!

Don't worry, by the time you get to W5D3 you'll be an ace on those hills.

So, first time doing five minutes. Seems everywhere I went, I had to run uphill a little-killer. First time when I was done that I actually yelled outloud b/c it was hard. I know I can do it though. Getting a little nervous about next week-Wek3D5
