Hi, I'm new to the team. I've been running off and on for about 4 years, but this is the first time I've ever been consistent (since last October). Training for my first marathon, I've run about 5 half's and plenty of other distances.
156 miles for July, hope I can maintain that in August (it's so hot!)
Upcoming races: Sprint Tri -8/9 MS 150 -9/20 Marine Corps 1/2 in Jacksonville -10/4 Pumpkin Run 10 miler -10/26 (maybe) Savannah Rock n Roll marathon (my first!) -11/8 4:20:33 Thanksgiving 1/2 -Thanksgiving Jacksonville Bank 1/2 -12/28 Surf City Marathon -2/1 ...and a few 5k's for good measure I'm sure!

Hi Everyone! I'm Karla and I have just joined the team. I have been running regularly for about 10 months now. I just ran my first 10K this past weekend and I am training for my first half-marathon, September 27. I run about 100 miles a month. I look forward to meeting all of you.
