Hi everyone! I am Jenn and while I am new to the group....I am not new to SparkPeople. This is my 2nd time seriously committing to using Spark to change my lifestyle....this time it seems to be sticking much better :)
I have been a runner for about 5 years now and have run many different racing distances from 5K to half marathon (my favorite distance). My life schedule is a bit crazy but I am trying to make sure I keep running a priority as it is good for me and my mental health.
