Hi all. I used this incredible site to lose 14kg back in 2008. Have been able to hold it off all this time but now want to lose the last three kilo to run my fastest marathon in October. Just want to lose half a kilo a week. I knowputting myself out there and being accountable makes a huge difference so I'm back on here. Thanks In advance for all your help and support and a kick up the bum when I need it:-)
