Hi all. I used this incredible site to lose 14kg back in 2008. Have been able to hold it off all this time but now want to lose the last three kilo to run my fastest marathon in October. Just want to lose half a kilo a week. I knowputting myself out there and being accountable makes a huge difference so I'm back on here. Thanks In advance for all your help and support and a kick up the bum when I need it:-)

2008 miles in 2008 - 2091 done! FINISHED

2008 pushups in 2008 - 2215 done! FINISHED

Stay at my 'goal' weight which is now my 'maintenance' weight! Yeehaaaa

I looked at the app page, and I think the ones that encourage a mix of walking and running training are pretty effective.

You are well on your way.

Welcome, that sounds like a good goal.

Are you following a training plan? I have found them to be a big help. Especially when I decided to try and run races.

i am new to this forum, struggling with my run and want to improve it, my current record is 5K in 35 minutes with huffs and puffs
i run 3 times a week and rest 3 days i do strength training

hope to finish 5k in 30 minutes, thats my goal
