I'm not a trail runner, but we've had enough snow to run on in my current half marathon training that I may be part way to becoming a trail runner. Got trail shoes, and they help a lot on the mixed surfaces I've been running lately.

I have wanted to start trail running - I was thinking about starting in the Spring. do you have different shoes for that or do you just wear your normal running shoes?

Have been running for years and I run trails whenever I can. Just finished the Bandera (TX) 25K and the Natural Bridge Caverns Half Marathon. Really trying to just lean out this year and get rid of some stubbron fat. Love to hang out with any other runner types. Also really into kettlebells for my resistance training. Love to run, lift, eat good food and drink good wine!

You can't outrun a bad diet!
