Thanks MB! At the time the fall was far from funny. I had a HUGE bruise and really hurt. Was days later (Black Friday) that I realized that after a 12 hour day (I work retail) that I could still walk when ordinarily I wouldn't have been able to. So, I started running again, no pain!

Welcome back to the running world, JJ. Bring up your mileage slowly, and stay injury-free. I am glad you think a fall is funny, but you could have really hurt yourself. Guess that is the mom in me talking. Good luck on your return to the pavement.

Hey Sparkers! Hey Road Runners! I have just started running again after not running for a couple of yeas. Funny story here. Had knee pain and hurt to run. So then I think I have foot problem that extended up my leg....hips were tight hammys shortened and things looked bleak. The week of Thanksgiving, I was going out the door to go to CURVES and fell down the stairs...on my back....legs all fixed! No pain other than normal foot fatigue, I work on a concrete floor all day!
