I recently found this Spark Team, thanks to its position on the points leaderboards for running. It looks like a better fit for me than Half Marathon (which is an aspiration rather than a reality right now) or the 5K Your Way team (since I routinely run further than 5K).
I became a runner in the autumn of 2011 after going through 5K Your Way training, and learned to run in cold weather as autumn transitioned to winter. I sat out most of the summer in 2012 and 2013 with injury, got into physical therapy in 2013, and now hope I have the recurring injury issue corrected. So far, so good; yesterday's 10K was a lot of fun.
