Welcome! I also run early in the morning and watch the sun come up! There is something almost peaceful about it. Good luck with your training and getting back at it!

You have a choice. You can throw in the towel, or you can use it to wipe the sweat off of your face.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
Nothing else to do but just do it!
Welcome back! Enjoy your journey! ;)

Good Luck on your goals! And keep us posted!!
I used to run quite a bit (5-6 days a week) but got out of the habit, and now I want back in! I remember lots of early AM jogs when the sun was coming up, and that excellent feeling that no matter WHAT else happened that day, I had accomplished something good.
Good luck to everyone with the weight loss goals!
