Hello, all! I just recently decided to take up running. I found it to be an excellent way to reduce stress, and challenge myself as well :-).
I'm using the Zombies, Run! 5K program, and absolutely loving it. Trying to find ways to fit it into my weekdays, since I'm at work quite a bit, and I have a loooonnng commute back and forth. For now, I'm running on the weekends. I need all the motivation I can get :-). Your support and tips are very much appreciated :-D.
