Welcome aboard! I too find running to be a passion... but more as a moving meditation. I gave up competitive running. I just love to run. I find when I go too many days without, I get cranky. So I try to get at least 3 runs a week in, when life allows.

I always run but I just do it for sake of a routine or sometimes to just get a cardio logged in. But along the line, I realized it is becoming a passion for me and I feel like igniting the fire. I just got a Fitbit which I believe will help me with tracking my miles.
