I started running to lose weight, but now I'm really loving it! I am doing the Couch to 5K program... but it's actually a longer version. I'm on week 6 of 12 and I'm running 4 days a week and I really look forward to my nightly run. I'm a stay at home mom, so it's nice to be able to put my daughter to bed and go for a run (when my husband is home of course :) ). That way he gets some alone time and I get some alone time. I live in South West Texas o so it's usually between 95-100 degrees when I go running. I try to go when the sun goes down :)
