WELCOME! I ran the Color Vibe 5k in Spokane last September, but after moving away from Spokane a couple months ago (thank goodness!), my work life got crazy and I fell out of shape (bummer). So I'm hoping I can be in good enough shape to run a few 5ks and even some 10ks here soon!

Welcome JJ! You're already ahead of me haha! I'm a total newbie runner, and I am actually working my way up to 2.5K (the most I've run so far in one stretch) - I love that every run I can feel improvements, it's a great feeling!

I'm confident you'll make your goal happen - we're here for you!

Welcome to the team!

My first 5k was in mid June last year and I wasn't able to run a 5k till the end of May. I struggled then too. You will do great!

Heya y'all!
I'm back on track with my love for running. About 4 years ago I ran the bloomsday race in spokane, and now I can barely run 3km. There is always hope though, and that is why I have joined this team! I am running the 5km Color Me Rad race next month and am hoping to not only have fun, but also pushing myself to run the best I can! Short term goals are to run 5km, but as a long term goal I would LOVE to run 10-15km again!
