Hello all!

I'm a 40-something woman who has been running for a couple of years now. I just recently completed my 4th half marathon, am thinking about a marathon, and am currently between races. As I'm between races, I thought it would be a good time to focus on my weight loss goals as I find it really hard to train properly for races while dieting.

I am looking forward getting to know every one.
