Good luck with your training!! Very impressive!
One more day I run is one more day I stay healty.
I finally lost enough weight to really start running this summer, so I'm not quite ready for marathons, but I start my training program in January for my first HM on St. Patrick's Day.
I'll definitely be looking forward to your insight while you train! Best of luck to you!

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

Hi Everyone! My name is Maria, and I'm new to the group. I'm running in my first marathon at 49 years old in April (Boston). I'm looking forward to what I can learn from the forum, as well as share my journey with other road runners. Thanks, and Happy Sunday!
