Great job! 32 minutes for your first 5K is awesome! Heck, I've been running almost 2 years and I would be thrilled with that time :-).

I have never considered myself a runner. I enjoy walking my dog and such - but running is work, right? My sister talked me into doing a 5K today. I have never had more fun or felt so proud of myself. I completed my 5K in 32 minutes. So I guess I'm a runner. I want to do more 5K's and maybe move up to longer runs in the future!
I will admit, I know nothing more than putting one foot in front of the other. So I'm looking to learn and have fun.
