Hello spark people out there. Thought that since I have been using Spark since March that I may as well introduce myself. I am one pound away from Sparks goal weight for me. I have lost 49 pounds to date and have been running regularily since I started this program. Spark has helped me to reach my goal and inspired me to become a healthier person. I have never run before and now am running 6k 4 times a week. I hope to run 10 k by spring time. People at work notice the weight loss and I am able to share the Spark program with them. Hope I have inspired someone out there today. I am turning 52 in a couple of weeks and I have never felt healthier. Elaine
