You are not following a plan to lose weight, that goes away when you make your goal. You are learning the processes that make a healthy life. Your body will find its healthy weight when you learn how to give it what it needs. It will be hard at times. But I promise you - it will be SO worth it!

I am brand new but am hoping that by joining, I will gain some motivation and encouragement. I've tried every kind of diet on the planet and just can't seem to stick to anything. I'm an emotional eater and am working hard at overcoming this. I'm happy to be part of such a great group!
