Hi yall. My name is Leah and Im actually a returning member. I hurt my back a little over a year ago and put off getting it taken care of. Im all well now, but I gained about 40 lbs during my time off :-( AND Im having to start running from the beginning. Im doing C25K for the first time (I used a Runtex program last time because I was in better shape) and while I need the slower pace and build up of minutes/miles, my mind says "hey, you should be blowing through this no problem. You were running 60 miles a week a year ago." It's frustrating but Im looking forward to getting back to where I was.
