Hi, and welcome back! It is generally bad practice to compare your performance to others, including your former self. You have to work with who you are now to get where you want to go, healthfully and happily!
Enjoy your journey! ;)

Hi yall. My name is Leah and Im actually a returning member. I hurt my back a little over a year ago and put off getting it taken care of. Im all well now, but I gained about 40 lbs during my time off :-( AND Im having to start running from the beginning. Im doing C25K for the first time (I used a Runtex program last time because I was in better shape) and while I need the slower pace and build up of minutes/miles, my mind says "hey, you should be blowing through this no problem. You were running 60 miles a week a year ago." It's frustrating but Im looking forward to getting back to where I was.
