The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hello, my name is Silvia from Darwin -Australia. I am so happy to have found this site. The reason for joining this site is because I am looking at motivating myself and staying committed to not taking the easy way out. I constantly struggle to stay on top. I am not looking at losing weight, my main goal is to stay healthy, eat the right food and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I attend gym and enjoys it very much once I am there, however, getting there is a struggle.
Anyway, I am hoping that others can share their experience and success stories. I hope to be inspired1
