Hi and welcome to the team
Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)
The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)
It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
Welcome and best of luck at boot camp!!

how exciting. I was Air Force for over 5 years. Left home when I was 17 and turned 18 in boot camp. hmmm some party..lol...
Thank you for your willingness to go and serve our great country. sieze your educational opportunities when you can, they helped me immensely when I went to college after I got out. My tech training was complete enough in the electronics program that I was able to bypass all but two classes to obtain my electronics major. that was a big boost.
thank you from a grateful American.

Just enlisted in the Navy. I leave for boot camp in May. I lost 40 lbs so that I could join and I am looking to lose another 15-20 lbs before I head to boot camp. Super excited to be apart of the military! I love to do my running outside to help get ready for my physical fitness tests I will have.
