Hello and welcome to the road runners.
you sound very happy with were you are with your running. that is so wonderful to hear.
I'm off to see your sparkpage.

Jules-noticed you are doing Marine Corps. I will be doing it for my 4th time this year! You'll have fun and happy training.

Hey Hey GOODMAR!
My aunt ran/walked the Flying Pig and absolutely raves about that marathon. Way to go finishing your first. The second is so much easier because you have more experience with what works for you.
Keep up the good work!

Hi! I'm new to this team, but not to running - I've been running for a year and a half (I know, not very long, but I had issues with my feet that required surgery before I could run). I ran my first marathon last May, the Flying Pig, and am running it again this May. I started training Dec 31, and am running pretty fast right now - my training runs are under or near my race times, so I'm happy about that. Glad to find this page in Spark!
