Welcome!! I know you will reach your weight goal. Just take it one day at a time. Since you enjoy healthy eating, it will take no time for you to lose the weight. This was probably the hardest for me to change. AlthoughI like the taste of most healthy items, I LOVE the taste of unhealthy things!

I have decided........ I LOVE ME.......... and becoming extremely motivated and desiring to truly, this time, achieve my goals, thanks to this SP. My goal is to loose at least 25 to 35 lbs. I just started two days ago and have difficulty finding motivation to working out! Food I actually enjoy watching what I eat and the tracking food is wonderful, this does motiviate me, but getting up and working out, seems to be no motivation! Working and being stressed and going through exceptional changes has caused me to be VERY VERY TIRED! I am a diabetic so this contributes as well. I look forward to reading your blogs and getting exercise motivated and driven. Stay Blessed, ME the new Jo-Ann Bickel
