Hi Everyone! I just joined a few days ago. Over the past few years the weight has been slowly creeping on. I try to eat a pretty healthy diet (whole food, plant based) and have been training for a half marathon. Even with eating right and exercising I wasn't losing any weight, so I decided to join SparkPeople. I'm excited to be a part of this awesome and supportive community!
