EGEHRINGER, welcome ~back~ to you. Participation waxes and wains, I totally understand that. Some days, I'm all in, and others I can't be bothered LOL such is life. I'm glad you're giving it a go, though. The Women's Meet Up sounds like a great opportunity as well.
Welcome. I've been a member of SP for some time but it's been pretty sporadic. So I too feel like I'm starting from scratch at this point. The important thing is that you're starting. You might also be interested in a meetup group called Eastside Women's Health & Fitness. They get together several times a week for walks, mainly Mt. Tabor. I haven't been out with them yet this year but hope to start soon. Good luck and remember to take it one day at a time :-)

Hi! Excited to find this Portland Team! I'm currently trying to address a significant regain, and I'm really struggling. Lately, though, I've felt a bit of an attitude shift, and am feeling a bit more positive about committing to this! I hope to meet and learn from some great people, and SP looks like a good place to do just that!
