We just moved back to the area and I sadly left a community of workout partners in Eugene. I dance a lot, weekly. I also have a gym membership at Crunch in Beaverton. I workout at home too. My current workouts include weight training, yoga, pilates, barre work and elliptical training. The majority of my cardio comes from high intensity dance. I am seriously looking for other individuals who want to motivate and help each other meet goals. I have a flexible schedule and free passes to my gym for anyone who wants to come. I am also looking to meet other momma's with toddlers for playdate and outdoor workout activities that include the kiddos.
