Hello everyone,

My name is Meena and I launching myself on this journey for health and wellness and happiness. I am 5'0" and 207 lbs/46.9% body fat. My ultimate goal is 110lbs and 14% body fat.

The following are the goals that I have set up for myself:
Weight:
1. Reach 199 lbs (under 200lbs at last)
2. Reach 190 lbs
3. Reach 180 lbs
4. Reach 170 lbs
5. Reach 160 lbs
6. Reach 150 lbs
7. Reach 140 lbs (pre children weight)
8. Reach 130 lbs
9. Reach 120 lbs
10. Reach 110 lbs (my college weight)
Physical Accomplishments:
1. Run a 5K
2. Run a 10K
3. Run a half marathon
4. Run a marathon

I look forward to reaching my goals along with you.
