I live in SE Portland an have decided over the past year that it was time to star getting back into shape and losing the weight I had been putting on since my daughter and son in law deployed overseas and I started caring for my grandchildren full time.
Well now they are home, I have another grandson, and I have hit a wall.
I have lost about 23 pounds this year, an just trying to keep going strong to be the best me I can be.
