I just joined 2 days ago and am new to this type of on-line tracking system. The site kind of a stimulus overload so far that I am fumbling through.
I am trying to take the mindful eating part one day/choice at a time and stay consistently active throughout the week. So far so good - but it the long haul that of coarse that worries me! Because of some health quirks I have very hard time losing weight though I am a champ at putting it on (!) so I know it is going to be long road to reaching my goal...
Being new to this - I am honestly not exactly sure how to best utilize this Sparkpeople system and the special groups and how to stay motivated through little to no results so any suggestions people have would be greatly appreciated.
I really want to reach my goals so am reaching out in hopes that maybe this group support with keep me going.
