Hello, all. Going on 30, I'm at my highest weight ever and I'm not happy about it. I'm a geek. I've been on SP before and it worked wonders. Well, until I stopped. So I'm back again.
I live in Beaverton and work on Hayden Island. I'm a member of 24 Hour Fitness. I generally go to the one at Beaverton Round, sometimes the Murray Scholls location, once Hillsboro for a yoga class that nearly killed me. Currently I'm dragging myself out of bed at 5:00am to get there before work because after work--and that commute on I-405\26--I'm usually exhausted. Made it through Day 1 mostly awake at (currently) 4:22pm.
Perhaps I should have waited until I was rested and could write a coherent introduction.
