Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
Hi SparkPortland! I'm a full-time mom and lost about 22 pounds with WW but stalled on that about a year ago. October is my best month for setting new goals and I'm ready to tackle the last 15-20 to reach my goal. I have never used discussion forums in the past, so I'm hoping to find some motivation and perhaps a bit of accountability by sharing my journey with those of you on this same road.
