Good for you on the Zumba
I love Zumba and go to classes at Giant's Gym in NE.
The neatest thing about SparkPeople is following the plan, making small goals, and achieving them. Work on drinking your 8 cups of water. See if you can eat more fruits and/or veggies if you aren't already. That kind of thing. Small steps add up to big WINS.
