Thanks everyone! I wish I had known about the Race For the Homeless earlier! I have to work next weekend to cover for people out on vacation. I'll keep checking in here for more race opportunities. My sister will be here in Sept and she'll want to do a race or two while she's here. I think we're planning on doing the Race for the Cure for sure.
Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.
A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.
Which do you prefer? The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?
Hi Linda! There's not a lot of action here either but we do try and keep the race events and other happenings up to date. Would love to see you at the Race for the Homeless next weekend. Hope you are out enjoying this wonderful weather.

Welcome to the team! Vancouver is close enough. There are walks all over with the AVA (American Volkswalking Association) they are not a charity but their walks get you into great areas and gives you different scenery. Their website is www.ava.org or walkoregon.org
