Hi Megan and welcome to the team. I eat just about anything I want, I've just learned portion control. There are age related groups on Spark you might want to check one out in your age range but there's no discrimination on this team so come hang with us.

I'm a young 43 and agree with you, and Chazeray, there's no eating cardboard. Blech! The Spark menu can suggest lots of healthy delicious ideas for your meals and snacks, not to mention all the recipes, and articles about making healthier choices when eating out.
I hope to 'see' you around here. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Welcome Meganbrewer. I hope you find the support you need here. One thing that I have learned is that I don't need to eat cardboard to loose weight. I eat out a lot, and I have just learned to order the right things. It does take some dedication to doing exercise, and i would recommend trying the bootcamp if you need something to get you started.
Good luck, and don't be afraid to lean on the group for support.
