Hi Megan and welcome to the team. I eat just about anything I want, I've just learned portion control. There are age related groups on Spark you might want to check one out in your age range but there's no discrimination on this team so come hang with us.

Hey Meganbrewer emoticon welcome to SP and the team!

I'm a young 43 emoticon and agree with you, and Chazeray, there's no eating cardboard. Blech! The Spark menu can suggest lots of healthy delicious ideas for your meals and snacks, not to mention all the recipes, and articles about making healthier choices when eating out.

I hope to 'see' you around here. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome Meganbrewer. I hope you find the support you need here. One thing that I have learned is that I don't need to eat cardboard to loose weight. I eat out a lot, and I have just learned to order the right things. It does take some dedication to doing exercise, and i would recommend trying the bootcamp if you need something to get you started.

Good luck, and don't be afraid to lean on the group for support.

Chas

Hello my name is megan and Im fairly younger than most of the poeple in this message broad as it seems. Im 18 and i weigh 250lbs. I recently gained tons and tons of weight and I really want to lose it, not to mention it is causing issues in my relationship with my boyfriend. I dont really seem to want to do anything and I just really dont care much but I want to change that and I want to do that without having to eat nothing but cardboard, I dont care what anyone says I shouldnt have to eat something I dont like. If it has no flavor why would I want to eat it? I dont!
so anyways thats me and I would like to make some new friends also if there is anyone kind of in my age group unless you dont have a problem with my age emoticon
