Welcome to the group. You will find people in this group with various interest but with a common goal of good nutrition and fitness.. There are many that are runners, walkers, bicyclist, hikers, gym rats...etc. There are many threads of conversations that cover many subjects. I would suggest reading through several of them to get an idea.
