Welcome to the group. You will find people in this group with various interest but with a common goal of good nutrition and fitness.. There are many that are runners, walkers, bicyclist, hikers, gym rats...etc. There are many threads of conversations that cover many subjects. I would suggest reading through several of them to get an idea. Glad you are posting/starting a thread. Some of us are more outspoken and post more than others but we do get a lot of participation. Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
