Is Mariemma the Zumba Instructor there? If so, she is great! Im in SE and go to New Day Center and 24 Hour Fitness (but I only take Zumba there).

I belong to Crunch also but have a hard time finding someone to watch my son before 6:00pm. I do go to the Zumba class on tues.( or did this last tuesday), sometimes on thurs. I have really slacked on working out since mid November. I have got to get back to the gym!

I live near Gresham but no longer belong to the athletic club (no funds):( But if you ever want to walk or jog Springwater Trail let me know and I'll go with you if schedule permits. I have a pretty loose schedule.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi,

I am a single 40+ mother of three grown children and one grandson. Having spent all of my adult life chasing the scale, I have decided that 2011 is my year to gain control of my life and my health. I am lookiing forward to feeling better so I can hit the gym and start getting my 'sweat on'. I belong to CRUNCH gym in Gresham and would love to find a work out buddy who uses the same gym and has the same schedule. I try to be there around 4:00 and work out for 1 or 2 hours (depending on the day). If you are interested, let me know. Thanks.
