Hello All- trying something new- never gave health the serious time that it is needed. I am highly motivated to stay on track. I get off track (with eating habits) all to easy so if anyone has tips or ideas on how to overcome or at least deal with this I am all ears. I am excited about this step. And I am ready for this journey! Thank you all in advance for your support!
