Hello everyone, my name is Esperanza and I joined this site in early August and I been on here since then up untill the 9th I beleive. I just fell off track and whats funny is it was all because of going dancing one night and then hitting up Jack in the Box afterwards! BAD IDEA! That completely threw me off and I was back to not really watching what I ate. I would munch on a bag of chips if I felt like snacking, I was drinking energy drinks, drinking soda, and treating myself to ice cream when I craved it. I had no self control and was doing what I felt like doing, even though the snacking was in moderation.
Starting today, I'm back to eating better and watching my snacking (I love my spicy cheetos/chips and peanut butter ice cream! lol) and trying to at least get in 30 mins of excercise 5 days a week.
It was pretty hard today, being that I'm low on a variety of foods to eat that are healthy, but peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat are pretty good to me. :)
I'm not looking to lose A LOT of weight, but to lose 10 pounds about and tone up my thighs, hips, booty, and tummy. I like my curves and size, I just would like to tone it up and add a little more muscle.
Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself to you all, since I never did the first time I started on here! Thanks for all the support! :)
