Hi I am 62 and just starting Sparks. I tried a year ago but never got motivated. I have three grown children and 5 grand kids. I want to get healthy and feel like i did seems like a hundred years ago(seems like it) before i let all the weight come back. I live in King City/Tigard area

Hi everybody! Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Heather, 27, from Portland. I've lost 35 pounds since March 2010 on weight watchers - and now I don't want to keep throwing money at them so I'm back on Sparkpeople! I'm training for my first half marathon (Eugene Women's Half!) the first weekend in September. Hope to get to know all of you a bit better.
