Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi everybody! Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Heather, 27, from Portland. I've lost 35 pounds since March 2010 on weight watchers - and now I don't want to keep throwing money at them so I'm back on Sparkpeople! I'm training for my first half marathon (Eugene Women's Half!) the first weekend in September. Hope to get to know all of you a bit better.
