That is the main ticket to getting this program to work. Taking a proactive approach and taking charge. Accountability is the key for me. Logging in my calorie intake and my fitness are my maine tools. I do not miss a day logging into Spark and filling these sections in. Good luck to you in your proactive approach.
Hello, I have been on Spark for a few months now, but really haven't gotten far. I introduced a friend to it and she is doing great! Yay! I figured I have to be more proactive in making Spark work for me and not just use it now and again. So here I am.
