Great attitude! I have been with SparkPeople for almost 6 mos. and have lost 51 lbs on my own. It is not however without a lot of reading and changing my habits. I have learned more about nutrition and fitness that I have ever did in the past.
The secret is to be login your food and fitness every day. (Don't miss a day) Be consistent, make short term and long term goals, all of which are attainable. If you learn about nutrition and how to set up a fitness program you cannot help but loss weight. Make sure you are eating enough to loss weight. One common mistake many people make they do not eat enough calories to lose weight. There are calculators in this Website that can help show you where you should be in calories.
