Great attitude! I have been with SparkPeople for almost 6 mos. and have lost 51 lbs on my own. It is not however without a lot of reading and changing my habits. I have learned more about nutrition and fitness that I have ever did in the past. The secret is to be login your food and fitness every day. (Don't miss a day) Be consistent, make short term and long term goals, all of which are attainable. If you learn about nutrition and how to set up a fitness program you cannot help but loss weight. Make sure you are eating enough to loss weight. One common mistake many people make they do not eat enough calories to lose weight. There are calculators in this Website that can help show you where you should be in calories.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi Portland, Thursday I stepped on the scale and I had crossed into another digit in the middle. I was so depressed and yet I was angry enough to be done with it. But so many things have not worked so I was not sure what my next step should be. Yesterday The Week showed up in my mailbox and SparkPeople was featured and I thought Hey! This is something I can do because I can do it on my own time, it has a lot of structure - which I need since I don't have enough self control - AND it has all kinds of supportive amenities like this community. SOOOO. I have 47 lbs to lose and I start today.
