I just wanted to wish you good luck! I don't really know any good walking routes, but I do know how tough it can be to change your whole lifestyle.

Take it one day at a time, and have fun with it!

hello! my name is Andrea, ive been on this site for awhile now trying to figure it out, to be honest i like the weight watcher point counting (it's cool, but i stay away from the weight watcher label crap, i like using REAL food, or atleast learning about real healthy food -fresh veggies, grains, ect), that has been going okay for me so far.....my main goal is to obviously loose weight but with that i want to learn how to be healthy and change my WHOLE lifestyle! i need to do this! i need a change! an people yhoo! if any of you know of any good walking routes, parks please let me know. Ive been getting into the habit of walking 2 miles a day on the treadmill, and im ready to take it to the street! well sorta. hope to meet some of you lovely and support as much as i can :)
