Welcome back to spark. I know that you can do this! I agree that logging your food is a very important thing to do. not so much for just the calories but making sure you are balanced with carbs, protein and fats. Good luck!!

Hi I started Spark People sometime aga but really never took hold. I ordred the book and have just started my 28 day plan. I have 2 more days for my 1st week and I am more and more encouraged everyday. Thereis so much on this site I am hopeing I will get a rythum soon as right now it is consuming a lot of time. The coolest thing I discovered was Spark People recipes on my Blackberry. I can get all I need when I am at th grocery store even if I forget the recipe.
