Welcome back and best of everything with your goals!
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I have 2 more days for my 1st week and I am more and more encouraged everyday. Thereis so much on this site I am hopeing I will get a rythum soon as right now it is consuming a lot of time. The coolest thing I discovered was Spark People recipes on my Blackberry. I can get all I need when I am at th grocery store even if I forget the recipe.
