Hi Perky, welcome to Spark! I did WW meetings. It worked great, while I used it. Used the site for a little while, too, great stuff. The beginning of last year I was considering signing up for WW online, then I found Spark.

I lost 60 at WW, gained half it back. Lost 1/2 that, then gained almost all of it back, for less than 2 lbs. I've lost 50 lbs on Spark so far, so I know this works. The tools are fantastic, there's so much info and the support is Endless.

Hi Everyone! Just joined today after reading about Spark in a magazine. I've used Weight Watchers and this is a similar website, but with lots of extras! So far I'm loving it. My main goal in losing weight is to become more healthy, manage my clinical depression and to more active with my two sons. I know taking care of my body makes a huge difference, but find it hard to stay motivated. Especially when I try to do it on my own. Looking for support and understanding and hopefully some new friendships!
