Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Just starting out on this site and going through the checklist. I joined because I want to lose weight and make some lasting lifestyle changes that will keep from having to "diet" ever again. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by the end of April and to make healthy eating and fitness parts of my daily routine. Hope all is going well for those of you reading this!
