Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

This is my 1st entry. Am not good on computer, hope to get more comfortable. This is a really good program as far as I can tell. Still trying to navigate the site. Have chronic fatigue syndrom, alternate with fibromyalgia (they say). Joined a fitness club, went 3 times and had to take a week off. Hoping Spark fitness plan will help me find balance. Have joined Chronic Illness team, hope to find some good support there. I remain positive always and am always looking for that place of Balance...Would love to hear from anyone with similar ideas/'aspirations.
